2. Website Use

This Site is provided for the purpose of informing visitors about Coat & Seal's waterproofing and coating services and allowing visitors to request inspections or estimates. Content on this Site — including text, photos, project examples, and specifications — is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote, contract, or guarantee of pricing or outcome for any specific property.

3. Service Scope & Inspection Disclaimer

Waterproofing and coating needs vary significantly by substrate condition, existing systems, structural detailing, and site conditions. Accordingly:

• All diagnosis and pricing are preliminary until confirmed by an on-site inspection. Photos, descriptions, and phone conversations cannot substitute for physical inspection, moisture readings, and hands-on assessment.
• Our standard on-site inspection is offered at a fee of $149. This fee is credited in full toward the cost of contracted work if you proceed with a proposal issued as a result of that inspection. It is not refundable if you do not proceed with work.
• Any warranty, timeline, or outcome referenced on this Site or in preliminary conversation is illustrative only. Specific outcomes, warranty terms, coverage periods, and transferability are determined solely by the written proposal, product data sheets, and warranty certificate issued for your project, based on documented substrate conditions, existing systems, and manufacturer requirements. We do not guarantee a specific result absent those documented terms.

4. Licensing Statement

Coat & Seal holds Florida Certified Building Contractor license CBC1264467. This license authorizes the scope of work performed by Coat & Seal under Florida law. Coat & Seal is a Certified Building Contractor and should not be referred to, described, or represented as a "General Contractor" in any capacity — these are distinct license categories under Florida Statutes, and Coat & Seal's authorized scope is limited to that of a Certified Building Contractor.

5. No Professional or Structural Advice

Information on this Site does not constitute engineering, structural, mold-remediation, or legal advice. Where issues fall outside our licensed scope (such as active mold remediation or structural repair), we will note this in your inspection report and refer you to an appropriately licensed specialist.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Coat & Seal and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site, reliance on general content contained on this Site, or any preliminary estimate provided prior to a written, signed proposal. Our liability for services actually performed under a signed contract is governed exclusively by the terms of that contract and applicable Florida law, not by this Site.

8. Governing Law
