✗ Mold, structural repair, or roofing replacement — outside our license scope; not part of any warranty we issue

What Voids a Warranty.

1Unauthorized modification of the coating system (pressure-washing with incompatible chemicals, unapproved recoating, penetrations added post-install)

Why 10-Year Warranties Require a Maintenance Plan.

No coating system stays maintenance-free for a decade in a hurricane climate. The SealCheck Annual plan is how we — and you — verify the system is still performing every year, so the 10-year warranty stays valid instead of quietly lapsing on a technicality you never knew about.

Warranty Questions, Answered.

Is SealCheck mandatory for every warranty?

Only for systems on the 10-year tier — elastomeric stucco and eligible silicone roof coatings. Shorter-term warranties (5-yr balcony, 2–3 yr sealer, 2-yr spot repair) don't require it.

What happens if I skip a SealCheck visit?

A lapsed SealCheck enrollment voids the 10-year warranty tier going forward; it does not retroactively void prior years already covered. We'll notify you before a scheduled visit lapses.

Does the warranty transfer when I sell my home?

Yes, once, for elastomeric stucco, silicone roof coating, and balcony traffic coating systems. Concrete/paver sealer, garage epoxy, and spot leak repairs are not transferable.

Does the warranty cover a new leak from a different source?

No — the warranty covers the coated system's own performance, not new intrusion paths (e.g., a new roof penetration, storm damage, or a structural crack). Those are diagnosed and quoted separately.

Do you warranty mold remediation or structural repairs?

No. We do not perform mold remediation, structural repair, or roofing replacement, and no warranty we issue covers that scope. Those needs are referred to the properly licensed specialist.
